At Strive Fit, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item;

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused;
- Include all original tags;
- Be returned in the original packaging.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Sale or promotional items;
- Gift cards.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method;
- It may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account;
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
